Who this is for

If you're a woman in construction, this is for you

On site, you're often pushing through physically and mentally, but you're not always sure who you can turn to. I've been there. I get it.

Whether you're self-employed, running a crew, or just finding your feet, I'll help you find clarity, structure and a way forward, from someone who understands the daily reality, not a generic coach reading from a script.

Coaching is open to men and other business owners too. But my heart is with the women building this industry.

What you get

What coaching with me looks like

A coach won't solve every business problem. But I'll help you see the bigger picture, grow, feel supported, and stay accountable to the goals you set.

  1. 01

    See the bigger picture

Step back from the daily grind and get clear on where your business is actually headed.

  2. 02

    Grow with confidence

Build the skills the trade never taught you — pricing, people, and planning.

  3. 03

    Feel supported

You won't be doing it alone. You'll have someone in your corner who has lived it.

  4. 04

    Stay accountable

Set real goals and have someone hold you to them, week after week.

Coaching is shaped around where you are right now. Take a look at the three structured packages available.

Meet Antoinette

Antoinette de Sousa

I haven't just studied this industry. I've lived it.

Over 15 years in construction. I ran a steel-cutting team of eight, worked the office and the site, drove the material deliveries, and helped build my husband's formwork business from the ground up.

I know the early starts, the hard days, and the feeling of carrying it all. That's exactly why I can help.

Questions

Your questions, answered

A few of the things women ask me most. There are more on the FAQ page.

See all questions →
Can women work on a construction site?

Yes. It used to be unusual to see a woman in construction. Today it's far more common, and women are thriving at every level.

Will I succeed as a woman in this industry?

If you put your mind to it, yes. Construction is still male-dominated, but it's evolving and women are doing well across the board.

Is there anyone who can actually help me?

Yes. I've been in the industry a long time, in the office and on site, and I can help you succeed.
